Returns (not valid for services and coaching)
Our coaching and services are NOT eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to make releant changes to our refunds policy from time to time.
For services and coaching programs, you can free to stop your subscriptions at any time.
However, we do honour a 14-day refund policy for digital products (such as notion templates, Airtable templates, Make.com templates, digital courses, memberships, and more.
Our policy honours a no-questions asked refund policy for digital products and for online courses for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to send us a screenshot or the order email you’d have received at the time of placing your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do write to us at hello@fetchprofits.com with a copy of your order receipt.
Refunds on Discounted Products(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refunds. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that your exact paid amount (in full or after price discounts on application of a coupon) will be refunded to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
There’s no shipping involved here. However, please do check your spam folder and mark as “NOT SPAM” to be sure to receive critical information through transactional emails for your orders, updates, and more.
We only sell digital courses, services, consulting, training, and occasional downloadable products. Shipping is not applicable.
